Goal: To provide resources and tools for artists
to sustain themselves as business entrepreneurs.

So What is it?

The Vermont Art Trail is a website designed to market Vermont artists in their workplace, define through creative enterprise what it means to be a “Vermont” artist, and assist the visitor in discovering the quality and diversity of our cultural roots.   This trail will also serve as a communication tool to link artist to artist, artist to manufacturer, and artist to collector.   The Vermont Art Trail is also a Tool Box for artists to assist them in refining their business skills and offering resources to learn more about sustaining themselves as entrepreneurial business people.  Through Creative Dialogs  artists can learn from each other and discover new opportunities for collaborating with each other, with businesses and with their communities.

The Southern Vermont Art Trail Map is the first of many maps to be created that link Vermont and its artists statewide.
